Join us at The MINT for a summer of fun like no other! On Tuesday, July 13th from 4-8pm we'll be drawing our own fantasy maps! Whether you play D&D, tabletop RPGs, enjoy writing, like imagining other worlds or just love drawing, this session will teach you how to make your own custom fantasy map. Learn how to draw cool details like mountains, forests and ocean coastlines, and learn innovative techniques for adding randomness to your map. The techniques we teach will allow anyone - artistic or not - to be successful at drawing maps. This is a drop-off session for teens (generally kids 13+ but younger kids are welcome if they will be able to complete the project without caregiver help). Dinner will be provided. Bring a water bottle. Pre-registration is required. $10 per person, with discounted registration for COVID Impacted families and free registration for SNAP, 3Squares and housing assistance. Choose the registration option that matches your family situation, no proof of income is required. Our summer programming is made possible through Summer Matters grant funding, administered by VT Afterschool.
A place for tinkerers, makers, and small businesses to have space, contacts, and equipment to thrive. If you possess a passion for creating and making, a MINT membership is for you.
