What You’ll Learn
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll:
- Table Saw: Learn to rip and crosscut wood for precise board dimensions.
- Chop Saw: Cut materials to length with accuracy for the perfect fit.
- Band Saw: Shape unique designs or curves to make your board stand out.
- Router Table: Smooth edges and add decorative profiles to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
- Jointer and Planer: Flatten and smooth wood surfaces to ensure a seamless finish.
- Gluing & Clamping: Learn how to put your pieces together to create your own unique pattern.
This class also provides the foundational skills covered in the woodshop orientation course, granting you access to the woodshop during member hours.
