Laser-Cut Woodblock Printing Class

Join Letterpress shop lead Tom Lichtman to combine the new with the old in this Laser-Cut Woodblock Printing class!

During this single-session class, we will learn how to create a laser-cut woodblock from an image. You may bring a digital image or a black and white pen drawing to convert into a woodcut. (It can be any image on your phone). We will learn how to convert this image using Photoshop, how to format it for the laser, and go over printing techniques to create multiples.

This printmaking workshop at The MINT will take place on Wednesday, January 12, from 5:30-7:00pm.

Please remember to wear layers! Masks are required at The MINT regardless of vaccination status.
