Create Your Own Clock - Build it at The Boiler!

  • If you lost employment or housing due to the pandemic or consider your family "low income" feel free to pick this reduced registration pricing option.
  • If you currently receive SNAP or 3 Squares benefits or housing assistance from the state, please use this registration option.

Join us at The MINT for a summer of fun like no other!  On Tuesday, August 2nd from 4-8pm we're creating custom clocks!  Use woodworking tools or the laser cutter to create the background of your custom clock. Decorate with paint, laser etching, custom stamps, stain or even decoupage, origami or rolled paper to make a clock that shows off your personality.  If you can think it up, we can help you make it!

This is a drop-off session for teens (generally kids 13+ but younger kids are welcome if they will be able to complete the project without caregiver help).  Bring dinner or a snack and a water bottle.  Pre-registration is required. $10 per person, with discounted registration for COVID Impacted families and free registration for SNAP, 3Squares and housing assistance.  Choose the registration option that matches your family situation, no proof of income is required.  Our summer programming is made possible through Expanding Access grant funding, administered by VT Afterschool. 

A place for tinkerers, makers, and small businesses to have space, contacts, and equipment to thrive. If you possess a passion for creating and making, a MINT membership is for you.
