Glass Fusing Basics: Cabochons , Pendants & Small Gems

Join us for this introductory class exploring the basics of Glass Fusing. We will focus on small cabochons which will highlight the glass fusing process and can be made into a variety of beautiful jewelry or ornaments.

This class will take place Saturday, February 17, 10:00am to 12:00pm.

In this class you will leave knowing:

  • the different COEs (Coefficient of Expansion) of glass and why its important
  • the basics of how the kiln works to fuse glass
  • various fusing strategies
  • how to layer glass for certain effects

Please wear close-toed shoes while attending this class. All necessary safety equipment will be provided. 

Cost: $45.00 for members, $65.00 for not-yet members. Materials included.
