Half-Week SUMMER CAMP 4: STEAM Challenge Week

Camp Theme: Steam Challenge Week

Dates: August 4th-8th

Time: 8am-4pm (drop off between 8-9am)

Location: 112 Quality Ln, Rutland VT, 05701

Age Groups: K-3rd grade & 4th-6th grade

Half-Week Rate: $175 (1-3 days of camp, these are full days of camp, we are not currently offering a half day option)

Important: After you have registered, please email us at marissa@rutlandmint.org to let us know which days your child will be attending and what age group they fall into (K-3rd or 4th-6th). This will help us ensure that we have adequate staffing and materials each day.

What to Pack:

• Snacks and lunch for your child each day.
• Comfortable, durable clothing suitable for outdoor activities.
• Closed-toe shoes with good traction.
• A water bottle to stay hydrated.
• Sunscreen and a hat for sun protection.
• Books, sensory items, etc. for alternative break time options.

A Week of Collaborative STEAM Fun: Each day will be filled with four exciting STEAM challenges designed to spark curiosity and encourage collaboration. We'll work together on a variety of hands-on activities that might involve building towers, designing contraptions, solving puzzles, and creating art with a scientific twist. The focus is on the "we did it!" feeling as we learn and succeed together, and some individual challenges.
